Working with us on a bespoke piece

We love bringing custom jewellery to life. To make the process smooth and enjoyable for everyone, please take a moment to read through how our custom design service works.

1. Design Deposit

A non-refundable design deposit of $350 is required to begin your custom piece. This deposit:

• Secures your chosen gemstone or reserved stone from our catalogue
• Covers your initial design consultation with Annie
• Is applied in full toward the final price of your completed piece

2. The Design Process

Once your deposit is received, we will work with you to develop an initial design concept. You will receive a design draft (typically a sketch or CAD render, depending on the complexity of the piece) for your review.

Your custom design includes up to three rounds of revisions. Revisions may include adjustments to setting style, band profile, metal finish, or gemstone placement.

Additional revision rounds beyond the included three are available at $75 per round.

3. Revision Guidelines

• Revision requests should be submitted within seven days of receiving each design draft.
• Requests that constitute a significant change of direction (for example, changing the gemstone, switching metal type entirely, or moving to a substantially different design concept) may require a new design process and a fresh deposit. We will let you know before any additional costs apply.

4. Final Approval and Production

Once you have given written approval of the final design, production begins. Please review carefully before approving, as changes cannot be made once the piece enters production without restarting the process and paying a new deposit.

5. A Note on Our Time

Our custom design service is a genuinely personal and time-intensive process. This policy exists to make sure we can give every client the attention their piece deserves. If a project involves requests that fall outside the included revision rounds, we will always reach out to discuss the best path forward before any additional charges apply.
