We deliver within Australia, New Zealand and other international destinations through Australia Post.
If you're ordering for a specific event or time, we recommend sending by Express as these parcels have priority in being delivered.
Our delivery within Australia and New Zealand offers FREE Standard Shipping.
For Express Post Orders
$15 for Express Tracked Post - Australia (FREE Express for orders over $250)
$28 for Express Tracked Post - New Zealand.
$60 AUD for International Standard Tracked Postage (5 - 8 days) via DHL Express.
FREE International Shipping for orders over $1,000 AUD.
We guarantee shipping of your order within 1 business day or same day if ordered before 12pm.
Please note: Delivery of order after dispatch is handled by Australia Post or DHL. Shipping information and a unique tracking code will be emailed so to track the progress of delivery. You can track this by typing the shipment reference number into the search box of the below link.

Shipping to the Europe and United States – Taxes, Tariffs & Duties
All orders shipped to these areas may be subject to local import duties, tariffs, and taxes as determined by local Customs. These fees are not included in the purchase price and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
Lurlina does not accept liability for any costs incurred due to failure to pay these charges. Refunds will not be issued for packages returned to sender for non-payment of duties, and any additional costs associated with re-shipping will also be the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local country Customs for an estimate of applicable fees before placing your order.
Domestic Returns and Refund Policy
Returns within Australia AND New Zealand are FREE.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, we will refund or exchange the piece/s for you provided it is unworn, in its original condition and returned within 30 days of receipt.
We accept International Returns, but the return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please email us at annie@lurlina.com to advise us you are returning the piece and if you would like a refund or exchange for another. We will arrange a return postage label, so the item can be returned to us when able. We will send you an email once we receive the returned piece and aim to process your return within 2 business days of receipt.
In the case of an exchange, we will dispatch the new piece within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. If there is a difference in price between the returned item and the piece you wish to exchange for, we will contact you to organise payment.
Please note: We provide ONE free exchange with this service for Australia and NZ. All further exchanges will be at a cost of $12 standard delivery fee.
All refunds are processed by the same method that you paid us.
Damaged Goods
All pieces are checked by us before preparing your order for packing. In the unlikely event that the piece is damaged on arrival or incorrect, please notify us immediately on receipt of goods. We will arrange for the item to be returned to us. If we are unable to provide you with a replacement, we will refund the cost of the item.
