Natural emerald inclusions
This emerald has natural inclusions, which are completely normal for genuine emeralds and are part of what confirms they are natural stones. Emeralds form under intense geological conditions, and tiny “jardin” (garden-like) inclusions are commonly visible - they are a natural feature, not a flaw.
About Brazilian emeralds
Emerald is the green variety of beryl, coloured by trace elements like chromium and vanadium. Natural emeralds form deep in the earth over long timeframes, often under high pressure and heat, which is why inclusions are so common. Brazil is one of the best-known sources of natural emeralds in the world, prized for their beautiful green colour and distinctive character.

These are solid, natural opals and will not be affected by water.
Moisturisers and body creams will not damage your opal jewellery, but a build-up of these products may reduce its shine.
Avoid abrasives or hard knocks as this could possibly damage your opal jewellery.
To clean, use a soft cloth or toothbrush with a mild detergent and warm water.
